Fermented Rice Salad Recipe (Tayat htamin thoke)

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Fermented rice
- 1 cup Shredded cabbage
- 1 cup Grated carrot
- 1 cup Chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Chili flakes optional
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the fermented rice, shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and chopped cilantro.
2. In a small bowl, mix the lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, salt, and chili flakes (if using).
3. Pour the dressing over the rice and vegetables. Toss well to combine.
4. Serve immediately or chill for later.
