  • 1 cup Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup Carrot, julienned
  • 2 tablespoon Peanuts, roasted
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine fermented soybeans, shredded cabbage, and julienned carrot.
  2. Add roasted peanuts, minced garlic, lime juice, fish sauce, and chili flakes.
  3. Mix everything well until evenly combined.
  4. Serve immediately or let it sit for a few minutes to allow flavors to meld.
