Ingredients

  • 1 cup Soybeans soaked overnight
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the soybeans overnight in water.
  2. 2. Drain and rinse the soybeans. Blend them with fresh water until smooth.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture into a large bowl lined with cheesecloth. Press with a heavy object to remove excess liquid.
  4. 4. Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 48 hours to ferment.
  5. 5. After fermentation, cut the tofu into cubes and store in a brine solution (water and salt).
