Instructions
Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
In a pot, combine the rice, water, and salt. Bring to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for another 10 minutes.
Fluff the rice with a fork and stir in the oil before serving.
