Ingredients

  • 500 g Fish balls store-bought or homemade
  • 1 liter Chicken broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 piece Ginger sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper to taste
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped
  • 1 bunch Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and sliced ginger. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the fish balls to the pot and cook for about 10 minutes or until they float to the top.
  4. 4. Season the soup with soy sauce, salt, and white pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro before serving.
