Main Ingredients
- 1 large Fish Head
- 2 tablespoon Curry Powder
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 2 cups Water
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger grated
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Tamarind Paste
- 1 cup Okra sliced
- 1 cup Tomatoes chopped
1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
3. Add curry powder and stir well.
4. Pour in coconut milk and water. Bring to a boil.
5. Add fish head, tamarind paste, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes.
6. Add okra and tomatoes. Cook for another 10 minutes.
7. Serve hot with rice.
