Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice washed
  • 6 cups Water
  • 200 grams Fish Fillet boneless, cut into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Green Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Cilantro

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the rice and cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. 2. Once the rice starts to soften, add the fish pieces, ginger, garlic, and salt. Continue to cook until the rice is fully cooked and the porridge thickens.
  3. 3. Stir in the fish sauce and white pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  4. 4. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and cilantro.
