- 4 fillets Fish Preferably white fish
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 cup Oil For frying
1. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
2. Dredge the fish fillets in flour, shaking off any excess.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the fish fillets until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
5. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
