Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g flat rice noodles
  • 200 g chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli, bell peppers)

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the flat rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.
  4. 4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Bring to a simmer.
  6. 6. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
  7. 7. Add the cooked noodles to the wok and toss to coat evenly with the gravy.
  8. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
