  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 piece Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper ground
  • 1 cup Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Mix minced fish, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, fish sauce, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into small patties.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
