- 500 g Fish fillet minced
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 piece Egg beaten
- 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper ground
- 1 cup Oil for frying
Mix minced fish, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, fish sauce, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
Shape the mixture into small patties.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
