  • 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Carefully add the pork skin pieces to the hot oil.
  3. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  5. Season with salt to taste and serve.
