Fried Rice Recipe (Htamin gyaw)

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, peas, corn
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 pcs Eggs beaten
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 2 pcs Green onions chopped
Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add mixed vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Push vegetables to the side and pour beaten eggs into the wok. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
Add cooked rice to the wok and stir-fry, mixing everything together.
Pour soy sauce over the rice and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
