Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 pcs Eggs beaten
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 pcs Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Push vegetables to the side and pour beaten eggs into the wok. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  5. Add cooked rice to the wok and stir-fry, mixing everything together.
  6. Pour soy sauce over the rice and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
