Oil for frying
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, and green onions.
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Place a spoonful of the mixture on a spring roll wrapper. Roll tightly and seal the edges with water.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
