Ingredients 

Vegetable Filling

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • ½ cup grated carrots
  • ½ cup bean sprouts
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 spring roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, and green onions.
  2. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Place a spoonful of the mixture on a spring roll wrapper. Roll tightly and seal the edges with water.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
