Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pickled ginger thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Roasted peanuts crushed
  • ½ cup Sesame seeds toasted
  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the pickled ginger, roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, and shredded cabbage.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and chili flakes until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately.
