Ingredients

  • 200 g Glass noodles
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • ½ cup Chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup Chopped peanuts
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the glass noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles, shredded carrots, shredded cabbage, chopped cilantro, and chopped peanuts.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the fish sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the noodle mixture and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
