Ingredients

  • 200 g Glutinous noodles
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup Julienned carrots
  • ½ cup Chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup Crushed peanuts
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the glutinous noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, and chopped cilantro.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix the fish sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and chili flakes to make the dressing.
  4. 4. Add the cooked noodles to the vegetable mixture and pour the dressing over. Toss well to combine.
  5. 5. Garnish with crushed peanuts before serving.
