Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Glutinous Rice Flour
  • 100 g Grated Coconut
  • 50 g Jaggery cut into small pieces
  • 200 ml Water
  • 100 g Sugar for syrup
  • 200 ml Water for syrup

Instructions 

  1. Mix glutinous rice flour with water to form a dough.
  2. Take a small piece of dough, flatten it, and place a piece of jaggery in the center. Roll it into a ball.
  3. Boil water in a pot. Drop the rice balls into the boiling water. Cook until they float to the surface.
  4. In another pot, make the syrup by boiling water and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
  5. Serve the rice balls in a bowl with the syrup poured over them. Sprinkle grated coconut on top.
