Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Glutinous rice flour
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Water
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. Gradually add water and whisk until smooth.
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  4. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and spread it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Serve warm.
