Glutinous Rice Pancake Recipe (Bein mont)
Traditional Burmese glutinous rice pancake, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Glutinous rice flour
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Water
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon Oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour, sugar, and salt.
Gradually add water and whisk until smooth.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Serve warm.
