Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Goat meat cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 2 cups Water
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add the goat meat pieces and cook until browned on all sides.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Pour in the water, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 60 minutes or until the meat is tender.
6. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
