Instructions
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped gourd leaves and sauté for a few minutes.
Add turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the leaves are tender and the curry thickens.
Serve hot with rice or roti.
