Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Gourd leaves chopped
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add chopped gourd leaves and sauté for a few minutes.
  4. Add turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
  5. Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a boil.
  6. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the leaves are tender and the curry thickens.
  7. Serve hot with rice or roti.
