  • 200 g Fresh gourd leaves washed and chopped
  • 1 pc Tomato diced
  • 1 pc Cucumber sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the gourd leaves, tomato, and cucumber.
  2. 2. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  3. 3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for a bit before serving.
