- 1 large gourd peeled and diced
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper to taste
1. Heat a pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the diced gourd and cook for a few minutes.
4. Pour in the vegetable broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
