Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Green Bananas peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger grated
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are golden brown.
  3. Add curry powder, turmeric powder, and stir well.
  4. Add chopped green bananas and mix well to coat with the spices.
  5. Pour in coconut milk and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until bananas are tender.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
