- 1 lb Chicken breast cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and lemon juice.
Add chicken cubes to the bowl and coat well with the marinade. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
Thread the chicken onto skewers.
Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
