Grilled Fish with Tamarind Dip

Fish and Marinade
- 4 fillets Fish any firm white fish
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Tamarind Dip
- 2 tablespoon Tamarind Paste
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the fish fillets with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
Grill the fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through and slightly charred.
In a mixing bowl, combine tamarind paste, honey, chili flakes, and lime juice. Mix well.
Serve the grilled fish with the tamarind dip on the side.
