Ingredients 

Noodle Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Soup Base

  • 6 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cups Bok choy, chopped
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Gradually add water, kneading until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Divide dough into 4 pieces. Roll each piece into a thin rectangle. Cut into thin strips to form noodles.
  3. 3. In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Add bok choy and shredded chicken to the broth. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. In a separate pot, boil water and cook noodles until tender, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and add to soup.
  6. 6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions if desired.
