- 1 whole Chicken cut into pieces
- 2 liters Water
- 3 slices Ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1 bunch Cilantro chopped
- to taste Salt

1. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
2. Add the chicken pieces, ginger, and garlic to the pot.
3. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 45 minutes.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
