- 2 cups Jackfruit seeds cleaned
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 cups Water
1. Clean the jackfruit seeds thoroughly.
2. Boil the seeds in water with a pinch of salt for 20-30 minutes until soft.
3. Drain the water and let the seeds cool.
4. For a roasted version, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
5. Spread the boiled seeds on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
