  • ½ cup Jaggery grated
  • 1 cup Water
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, grated jaggery, water, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan and spread it out like a pancake.
  4. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
