Jaggery Pancake Fritter Recipe (Mont hsi kyaw)

- 1 cup Rice flour
- ½ cup Jaggery grated
- 1 cup Water
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, grated jaggery, water, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan and spread it out like a pancake.
Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
