Main Ingredients
- 500 g Beef cut into small pieces
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper ground
- 2 tablespoon Oil
1. Pound the beef using a mortar and pestle until it becomes a paste.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
4. Add the pounded beef, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the beef is well done.
5. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
