Kidney Bean Fritters Recipe (Mandalay pe kyaw)

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Kidney beans soaked overnight
- 1 medium Onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- for frying Oil
1. Drain the soaked kidney beans and blend them into a coarse paste.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the kidney bean paste, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Take small portions of the mixture and flatten them into patties.
5. Fry the patties in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
6. Remove the fritters from the oil and drain on paper towels.
7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
