Lahpet Thoke (Tea Leaf Salad) Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Fermented tea leaves
- 1 cup Shredded cabbage
- ½ cup Diced tomatoes
- ½ cup Fried garlic
- ½ cup Roasted peanuts
- ½ cup Sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
In a mixing bowl, combine the fermented tea leaves, shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, fried garlic, roasted peanuts, and sesame seeds.
Add the fish sauce and lime juice. Mix everything well.
Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy.
