Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Leftover rice
  • 1 cup Leftover curry
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the leftover curry and mixed vegetables, cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the leftover rice and soy sauce, stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until everything is heated through.
  5. Serve hot.
