Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Rice noodles
  • 200 g Ground pork
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped cilantro

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the ground pork and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the cooked rice noodles to the pan and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
