Instructions
1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the peanut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. Add the minced pork to the pan and cook until browned.
4. Stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for 10 minutes.
6. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice noodles, bean sprouts, and chopped cilantro.
7. Pour the pork mixture over the noodles and toss to combine.
8. Garnish with chopped peanuts and serve with lime wedges.
