Mango Salad Recipe (Thayet chin thoke)

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Green mango, julienned
- 1 cup Cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Carrot, julienned
- ¼ cup Peanuts, roasted and crushed
- 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons Lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Chili flakes optional
- 1 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
In a large mixing bowl, combine the julienned green mango, cabbage, and carrot.
Add the roasted and crushed peanuts to the bowl.
In a small bowl, mix together the fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and chili flakes (if using).
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
