  • 4 pieces Duck Eggs boiled and peeled
  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots julienned
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the duck eggs for 10 minutes. Let them cool, then peel and slice them.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, and chopped cilantro.
  3. 3. Add the sliced duck eggs to the bowl.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, mix the fish sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, and chili flakes.
  5. 5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
