Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice preferably a day old
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add cooked rice and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
