- 1 cup Cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup Carrot, grated
- 1 cup Cucumber, diced
- 1 cup Tomato, diced
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, diced cucumber, and diced tomato.
2. Add the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until well mixed.
