Main Ingredients
- 200 g Rice Noodles
- 1 L Chicken Broth
- 200 g Chicken Breast sliced thinly
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger grated
- 2 stalks Green Onions chopped
- 1 cup Mixed Vegetables carrots, bell peppers, etc.
1. Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger, and sauté for 2 minutes.
3. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and add the chicken breast slices. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Add the soy sauce, mixed vegetables, and green onions. Cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Add the cooked rice noodles to the pot and stir to combine. Serve hot.
