Instructions
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for another minute.
Add turmeric powder and coriander powder. Mix well.
Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they soften.
Add tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes.
Pour in coconut milk, season with salt and pepper, and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
