  • 4 cups Mustard Greens washed and chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 0.25 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 0.25 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mustard greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
