Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
Add chopped okra and mix well. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
Add water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
