Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup ghee
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup cashew nuts
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder

Instructions 

  1. Mix rice flour and water to make a smooth batter.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan, fry cashew nuts and raisins, set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add coconut milk and sugar, stir until sugar dissolves.
  4. Add rice flour batter, cook on low heat, stirring continuously.
  5. When mixture thickens, add cardamom powder, fried cashew nuts, and raisins.
  6. Cook until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
  7. Pour into a greased tray, let it cool, then cut into pieces.
