Pennywort Leaf Fritters Recipe (Myinkhwa ywet kyaw)

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Pennywort leaves washed and dried
- 1 cup Chickpea flour
- ½ cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 cup Oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, water, salt, and turmeric powder. Whisk until smooth.
2. Add pennywort leaves to the batter and mix well.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
5. Remove fritters with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
