Pennywort Salad Recipe (Myin khwa ywet thoke)

- 200 g Pennywort leaves washed and chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted
- 2 tablespoon Peanuts crushed
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped pennywort leaves, toasted sesame seeds, and crushed peanuts.
2. Add the fish sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, and chili flakes to the bowl.
3. Toss everything together until well mixed.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
