  • 500 g Bamboo shoots sliced
  • 1 cup Vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the bamboo shoots in water for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Drain and set aside.
  3. 3. In a pot, combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add bamboo shoots to the pot and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Transfer to a jar and let cool. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
