Instructions
1. Boil the bamboo shoots in water for 5 minutes.
2. Drain and set aside.

4. Add bamboo shoots to the pot and simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Transfer to a jar and let cool. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
