  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the limes into quarters.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, bring water, vinegar, salt, sugar, and turmeric to a boil.
  3. 3. Add the lime quarters to the boiling mixture and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  5. 5. Transfer the mixture to a jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
