- 2 cups Green Mango, julienned
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds, toasted
In a mixing bowl, combine the julienned green mango and salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Rinse the mango under cold water to remove excess salt. Drain well.
In the same bowl, add chili powder, fish sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and toasted sesame seeds. Mix well.
Let the mixture sit for another 5 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to a week.
