- 200 g Pickled mustard greens
- 1 Carrot, julienned
- 1 Cucumber, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted
In a mixing bowl, combine the pickled mustard greens, carrot, and cucumber.
In a small bowl, mix the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and minced garlic.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to combine.
Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
